Our Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is aged in the traditional method in Modena, Italy. Rich and sweet Natural Black Cherry concentrate and other natural flavourings are combined with aged Balsamic Vinegar to produce a sweet, fragrant and very rich tasting product that has garnered rave reviews from our gourmet customers. Enjoy on salads that feature feta or blue cheese, or over orange and onion Sicilian salad. This tantalizing vinegar is wonderful drizzled over vegetables, salad tomatoes. Use with chicken and duck or as a great addition to most basting recipes. Try over cheesecake, ice cream, or fresh berries.

All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
